Pricing
Per user, per month: $20 for the core CRM, or $25 with an industry edition, and 20% less when you pay yearly. Workflows, AI agents, dashboards and email sync are in every seat, with no paid add-ons. Setup and data import are quoted once, up front. See pricing.
No. You can start with one user and add or remove users from month to month.
Anyone who signs in to your workspace. Each person needs their own login, which keeps every call, email and change tied to the right name. You can add or remove users from month to month.
Setup depends on how much we configure for you: your edition, custom fields, automations and how much data we import. We quote it as a fixed amount before we start.
Yes. Your data stays yours, and you can export it at any time, including if you decide to leave.

Yes. Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and emails and meetings are matched to the right contacts and deals.
Yes. You can add custom fields, new record types (such as properties or shipments), and your own views and dashboards, without code.

Data & security
Yes. Each company gets its own workspace and its own address, with its own users and data. Connections are encrypted with HTTPS.

Yes. Most teams use our hosted service, but we can install and maintain SalesKnot on a server you control if your policy requires it.
Yes. We import your contacts, companies and deals and rebuild the key automations, so your team starts with its history in place.
